Why me

I've built this in my own business.

For ten years I owned and ran a company, and I learned the hard way that a business held together by heroics eventually breaks. I built the meetings, the numbers, and the processes that let mine run without me in every decision, through some of the hardest years a company can face.

What does a business operations consultant do?

I help you build the systems a business needs to run without depending on you for everything: the right numbers in front of the right people, documented processes that get followed, and the accountability to keep it all on track.

How is this different from hiring an operations manager?

An operations manager runs the day to day. I help you build the structure they run within, and I can do it part-time, for as long as it helps, without the cost of a full-time senior hire. Many owners use me to set it up, then hand it to someone internal.

Will you actually document our processes?

Yes, the ones that matter. The goal is processes that reach every part of the business and actually get followed, so it performs predictably whoever is in the room that day.

Do you work remotely or in person?

Both. In person around Langley, the Fraser Valley, and Metro Vancouver, with ongoing work over Microsoft Teams, and remotely across British Columbia.
