I've been the problem myself. It's an easy trap. You can't afford to hire someone for everything, so things stack up. Everyone's waiting on you. Every decision runs through you.
You tell yourself it's fine. It's faster to just do it yourself, no one else will do it as well, you need to know what's going on.
Those things are all true. What they aren't is reasons not to do it anyway. They're exactly why you're stuck.
The best people on your team will only wait so long before they get tired of waiting. A business that can only grow as fast as one person can move has a ceiling built into it.
If you want your business to grow, you simply have to get out of its way.
